This room is available in the quiet Slapout Holtville area. It is a large room that is unfurnished but you can call it home today.You would have access to all major living areas living room kitchen outside use of the grill and porch area as well as yard area. The room while unfurnished is spacious enough that it can fit several large dressers and a queen king sized bed. You would have access to cable wifi phone and PS3 or bring your own system.NEED TO KNOW There currently is no smoking in the home and would request that if you smoke to do so outside. There are no pets in the home and none are allowed unless they are service animals. This is a home that has two children currently. One that is special needs with cerebral palsy and one that is a teenager. The bathroom is not private however the room itself does lock and would be private. Rent would be 420 a month (deposit is 100.00) or 105.00 a week. The room is approximately 14x8
