Nothing wrong with this trailer except for very few little easily fixable things like needs a couple new ac vent covers doornob for laundry room 2 small holes in sheetrock and no more than 2 or 3 little things that i will get around to if it doesn t sell before I do. Never had a leak and was coolsealed with the expensive rubber stuff 2 years ago. Floors are very solid with good looking laminate wood in living area. Pipes have never busted and are above The insulation under trailer which was perfect condition last i looked. The iron water from the well stained everything it touched but it cleaned very easily with lime away have already cleaned all sinks and toilets and they cleaned up great. Cleaned half of one bath and haven t got to other yet. Still in process of moving some stuff out. If it doesn t sell before I really detail clean it I m gonna go up in price cause I know if I fix every little thing and if i do a super clean I can get much more just don t have time right now and need the money quick fast& in a hurry. So someone can save a few thousand detail cleaning themselves or hiring the maids. before I bought this one in 06 for 15000 I shopped around over 6 months and 16 by 80s in the shape that this one is in at trailer lots were well into the 20& 30 000 range so I considered it a steal at 15. Anyone getting it at this price could turn a hefty profit if they wanted to sell it and had time like I don t.
