Product Development Technician Assistant

Reports to Research and Development Manager Job Purpose Support the tasks of the Research and Development Process. Key Interfaces Research and Development Documentation Resources Management Production Quality Assurance Teams and others as required. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Meet Performance Review objectives Deliver allocated development tasks projects on-time in-budget and to-specification Key Tasks To create new product samples that can be scaled for production To ensure technical development of samples to meet targeted production outputs. Able to track completion of finished product samples Data entry To maintain detailed comprehensive and accurate records of all work in formats required along with recommendations if necessary for full-scale production To work upon multiple development topics and projects as required To contribute produce project progress reports as requested Key Skills Able to assimilate and disseminate technical information in timely manner Ability to work in any company environment with large professionalism Ability to work with scales lab instruments and utensils. Ability to read and understand forms calculations and instructions Microsoft Office (working knowledge of PowerPoint Excel and Word) Fluent Spanish Key Attributes Self- motivated Team player and able to work on own initiative Professional and positive outlook to all tasks and requests from line and project manager Adaptability is essential within this role Experience of working in a manufacturing and scientific environment Essential Qualifications Mathematics Chemistry Laboratory work. Travel Occasional travelling may be required for this post Other Duties The Product Development Technician Assistant will carry out any other reasonable duties requested.
