QUALIFICATIONS Seeking self-motivated professional detail oriented and highly adaptive individual with excellent computer and phone skills. Must have knowledge certification of HIPAA laws. Must have experience in Sales Force Excel Outlook and AAA flight booking system. A minimum of 1 year experience is required in the field of addiction. Flexible schedule and must be willing to work holidays and weekends if needed. Also a minimum 1 year college and experience in administrative work DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Arrange air and ground transport for all clients. Determine if client requires detox and set up admissions to treatment center. Prepare legal documentation pertaining to client treatment and send off to admitting facility.Responsible for maintaining and handling client relation commitment to the chosen program.Track confirm and if needed cancel all traveling clients. Understanding company budget for flights booked. Review clinical intakes and insurance information into position at appropriate facility. JOB DESCRIPTION Responsible for handling travel or transportation and ultimately the admission of committed clients needing drug and alcohol treatment.
