Contact Center Sales Agent

Job Description As a Contact Center Sales Agent you ll be handling incoming calls from customers regarding customer accounts technical support and billing inquiries. In this role you ll come up with innovative solutions to help our customers. Whether you re answering direct calls transferred calls or trouble tickets you ll work with the latest systems and tools to assist our customers. Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalent Minimum 18 years of age Strong computer skills Excellent communication skills Customer-service oriented Preferred Skills Experience 6 months previous sales and or customer service experience Post-secondary education Phenomenal attitudes Problem-solving skills Persuasive skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to listen for and act upon sales queues You ll Receive Initial and ongoing paid training program Base Pay Incentive Bonuses Top Performers earning 2K mo.
