Carpenter (NOC 7271) Space Commercial Construction Corp. is looking for the right person with strong carpentry and project management skills. Must be completion of Secondary school and minimum 4 years of carpentry experience Terms of employment 25 hourly Full time (Minimum 37.5 hours per week) Location 3108 Beta Ave Burnaby BC V5G 4K4 Your duties will include Read and interpret blueprints drawings and sketches Prepare layouts measure cut shape assemble and join moulding wood materials drywall and plastic materials Build foundations install floor beams lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems Fit and install trim items such as windows doors stairs mouldings and hardware Maintain repair and renovate residences and commercial buildings Install suspended ceilings slab tilt build and install framing for dropped ceilings counters indirect lighting display cases etc Operating and maintaining carpentry tools and equipment General labour(clean-up and pick-up) Finish out interior and exterior Requirements Valid driver s license and own transportation Strong ability to use hand and power tools Sound knowledge of residential construction practices procedures techniques tools and materials Please respond via email(spacecommercialconstruction(at)gmail.co m) with resume
