HOURS Monday- Friday 8 00am- 5 00pm JOB SUMMARY Performs clerical tasks associated with the maintenance of records for students enrolled in the Job Corps Program DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Prints various form reports for other departments e.g. safe arrival letters AWOL letters etc. Enters new student information into CIS System Enters routine information in the computer daily as it relates to student activities. Processes and distributes clothing warrants for student clothing allotments on a monthly basis. Collects and files clothing receipts. Reviews for accuracy and processes transportation requests for students and new recruits. Distributes tickets and completes meal money requests as needed. Answers routine questions regarding students leave time transportation clothing allotments etc. Backs up CIS system and performs routine clerical duties. Attends staff training. REQUIRED EDUCATION EXPERIENCE Minimum High School graduate or equivalent Preferred One year clerical experience preferred General Requirements - In order to perform the essential job functions of this position candidate must be able to compose write descriptive reports use appropriate techniques to implement programmatic activities verbally direct individuals and groups remedy dysfunctional behavior successfully complete mandated training courses.
