Job Description Do you have excellent Customer Service skills Are you detail oriented Do you have experience with filing Then you could be the perfect candidate for this position The Receptionist performs a variety of general front office tasks and duties including but not limited to answering the telephone filing greeting guests and ensures the front office is well maintained and clean.Salary is up to 15 000 depending on experience and commitment.RESPONSIBILITIES - Greet guests with a friendly warm smile - Assist guests with required paperwork - Keep the reception area neat and clean - Update office list information - Answer telephones and forward messages to the proper employees - Assist departments in filing needs - Assist departments as needed with general clerical duties - Monitors and distributes parking validation - Manage daily outgoing and incoming mail and ensures availability of postage fund - Manage conference room booking - Attend and participate in staff meetings and team huddles - Participate on committees and special projects as requested - Other duties as assigned JOB REQUIREMENTS - Good communication skills - Good telephone skills - Good interpersonal and human relations skills- Ability to maintain outgoing friendly attitude with guests and coworkers even under pressure - Ability to work with interruptions and to manage multiple priorities - Ability to relate communicate with and work with people from different backgrounds and cultures - Ability to meet deadlines - Ability to work with minimal supervision Job Experience Positive Attitude Professional Focused
