For anyone that is thinking about starting their fitness journey and don t really know where to start I have just started allowing clients into my personal home gym A lot of people are nervous to go near gyms or reply to adds to someone they have never met. I aim to make everyone feel as comfortable as possible. I am from California and have just recently moved to Arizona for good. All my clients contact me throughout the day with any questions they have and I am happy to call them all my friends. I am ex-military and a certified fitness trainer through I.S.S.A (International Sports Sciences Association) I am here to teach YOU everything so that you don t have to keep paying people to get fit. I offer Free Consults Free 1st Session (I let my service speak for itself) Anyone that joins your session is free for the first time half priced anytime they join you afterwards. One hour long session is 15.00 dollars where we not only workout but go over your diet and goals. No Contracts. If you are unsatisfied at any time you may cancel.
