Duties This position is responsible for providing oversight to the delivery of support services and back up to the department supervisor within the Community Facilitator program provides supervision mentorship & support to assigned staff. (Community Day services) and individuals being supported. Qualifications Seeking a dedicated and caring individual with 2 years experience supporting individuals with significant behavior challenges you must be caring responsible and outgoing. You must have experience providing routine supervision to others have a knowledge of person centered planning solid values and an understanding of family dynamics. Excellent communication skills (oral & written) are essential. Fluent in reading writing and speaking a foreign language such as Spanish Korean Armenian Farsi etc. in addition to English is an asset. A valid Drivers License reliable auto current auto insurance & smart phone are required.
