Resident Care Director - Live Oak Village - Foley AL LNP Resident Care Director needed for our 60 Unit Assisted Living Facility. The Resident Care Director (RCD) is responsible for the oversight of the resident care service department to include ALF Resident and Personal Care Staff. The RCD is directly responsible for residenat care and compliance with ADPH Regulartory Guidelines and State Board of Nursing. The RCD reports directly to the Administrator. Qualifications The Preferred candidate will be a Licensed Practical Nurse with the following experience 2 years plus of experience in medical office setting senior care setting or hospital care setting preferred with the ability to perform the following Alabama LPN Active Licensure Strong Leadership and Supervisory Experience a Must. On call experience in staff scheduling staff supervision. Knowledge of medical terminology and resident care monitoring of vital signs etc. Previous experience in Electronic Medical Records and Electronic Medical Reports a plus. Experience and ability to perform standard prescription ordering and or request for refills. This is a salaried position.
