Building to share

Delano store-front church has building space (approx 2500 sq ft) to share with organizations school groups non-profits etc. in return for a donation to help with building expenses. Suitable uses include organization meetings AA NA meetings classes counseling (1 private office available) home-school groups and ministry space. Space includes a kitchen a large room with projection ability a room that is currently used as a nursery a private office a smaller classroom and a handicapped accessible bathroom.
