The Administrative Compliance Specialist provides assistance to the Administrative Compliance Manager (ACM) in all matters relating to the administrative Compliance operations of The Arc. Organizes and maintains administrative files including operations manual agency forms corporate documents policies and procedures and insurance documents. Coordinates reporting to granting agencies. Completes and may initiate special projects such as accreditation and regulatory compliance which may be of a research nature. Education & Experience Required High School diploma or GED and 2 years of administrative and or compliance experience. Certification in Microsoft Office software within 6 months of hire. Valid Alaska driver license clean driving record proof of insurance continuous use of a vehicle TB vaccination health screening and the ability to pass a criminal background check. Must maintain MANDT certification. Preferred Associate s degree in related field with 2 years of administrative and or compliance experience.
