Responsible for conversion of all prospects to leases resulting in maintained and increased occupancy and the inherent responsibility to effectively communicate to existing residents and establish a successful renewal program. In absence of the Community Business Manager or Assistant Community Manager schedule maintenance and on-site personnel. Responsible for regular tasks which may include receiving and posting of rents coordination of day-to-day activities and market surveys in accordance with the standards established by Seldin Company. Assist in maintaining office clerical filing and record keeping systems. Identify and strive to meet the resident s needs. Ability to work flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends.
