This lovely home and second smaller home sit on two acres of land in Seymour Arm British Columbia. The area is off the grid but very near Silver Beach on the Shuswap lakes. The property features an over large two story garage and workshop as well as a spacious lawn and large parking area. The main house has a basement mainfloor and large loft. The mainfloor has one bedroom a laundry area the kitchen living room area and a bathroom. The basement has large bedroom and a complete bathroom with bathtub shower and liviin storage space.The kitchen has hot and cold running water fridge stove and refridgerator. The stove and water tank are fuelled by propane. We also have our own gereated electricity which run the fridge lights T.V. and all electrical appliances. Both bathrooms have hot and cold running water. Both homes have patio deck and inclue barbeques. Behind the house and yard is an acre and a half of forested land. Seymour Arm is a very small recreational community with a large retired population and many summer and winter holidayers. The area offers Camping Fishing Boating and Hiking in the summer and snow mobiling in the winter. The community is busy year round with many activities. Seymour Arm offers waterfalls parks and abundante wildlife and a warm and freindly community.
