It has the original build sheets listing all the features and extras that came from the factory as well as all the manuals for the appliances plus many of the specs to explain how to pull repairs yourself. Also includes owners manuals and instructions. Two things two be aware of first the awning is complete but was not taken care of by previous owner. Second the speedometer (which is original) registers mileage but not speed. Used ones and new ones are available running from about 125 used to 700 new.
