Minimum of two years experience and Ford Certification for warranty repairs. This includes working knowledge of shop diagnostic equipment and the ability to correct vehicle deficiencies by removing repairing adjusting overhauling assembling disassembling and replacing major assemblies sub-assemblies components parts or systems. The ability to maintain vehicle records by annotating services and repairs. Participation in ongoing education and formal training to keep pace with the complexity of diesel technology. Compliance with federal and state requirements. A valid driver s license and clean driving record. Team oriented flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Skills and Qualifications Problem solving and a good mechanical aptitude. Must possess broad knowledge of complex components and how they work and interact. Must be able to conduct test drives to adjust controls and systems to perform diagnostic tests to verify a vehicle s performance.
