Growing Substance Abuse Treatment Facility is looking for full-time EXPERIENCED Behavioral Health Techs (BHT) to join our company.The BHT provides support services for the clinical team treating adults who have substance abuse problems and or co-occurring disorders. All responsibilities will fall under the core functions of providing client supervision and ensuring client participation in services. Work is performed in accordance with established regulations policies and procedures but employees are expected to exercise significant initiative and independent judgment in carrying out their duties.Various duties will include but not but limited to - Escorting clients to from various places. - Assisting with activities and engaging with clients as they progress through their recovery. - Assisting counselors and therapeutic team. - Documenting relevant information regarding the client s activities. - Facilitating UA s.Qualifications - Graduation from High School or GED. - 1 2 years of experience in a similar position or similar function is required. - Valid state driver s license required Class B preferred. - Maintains current CPR & First Aid certification. - Current (within one year) TB test. - RRW certification preferred. - Knowledge of twelve step program.PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CANNOT WORK NIGHTS AND OR WEEKENDS.
