United Talent Staffing is recruiting a Sales Representative for the Tri-State area. The role of the Sales Representative is to meet with the decision makers of our current and prospective customers to discuss their staffing needs issues. Duties to include but not limited to visit customers and prospects to sell and up sell United Talent Staffing develop and maintain an active prospect list as targeted accounts ensure customer requests are performed in a timely manner resolve all customer issues in a timely manner investigate analyze and identify root causes of problems encountered in the daily operations and assist in developing corrective actions to improve customer satisfaction. Required Education and Experience Minimum of an Associate s degree in Business or related field proven track record of success in selling service oriented products and services to end users and familiar with the Tri-State and surrounding areas as well as good history of developing relationship based clientele through professional presentations.
