The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Southwest is looking to hire for the following positions Full and Part time Housekeeping - All days of the week must be able to work weekends and holidays. We want our employees to ensure the quality cleanliness standards are met while delivering a guest experience that is unique and brings the brand to life. Job duties and responsibilities include Clean Guest rooms to the Holiday Inn Express Standards. Acknowledge all guests using the 5 10 rule. Deep clean areas as directed by supervisor. Transport trash and waste to disposal area. Provide security for guests. Assist guests if they have any questions. Any other duties that you may be assigned. Qualifications and requirements Superior customer service skills. Problem solving in a timely manner. Teamwork to create positive team spirit. Follow company policies and procedures including dress code. Time management by using time efficiently. Being professional by treating others with respect and consideration. Ability to demonstrate quality accuracy and thoroughness. Able to deal with frequent change delays or unexpected events. Ability to multi-task. Flexible No previous work experience is required.
