Flowers Baking Co. of Batesville LLC is a subsidiary of Flowers Foods one of the top packaged bakery foods companies in the U.S. Flowers brands include Nature s Own (the 1 bread brand in the U.S.) Butternut Wonder Tastykakes Cobblestone Bread Co. and Sunbeam. Due to continued growth Flowers Baking Co. of Batesville LLC is now hiring Route Sales Distributors for the Springfield market. All routes are for new territories as the company expands into this new market Route Sales Distributors will develop and grow sales deliver and merchandise products in grocery and convenient stores and reorder products for customers. You will rotate products pull unsold product and work with Managers to gain additional display space. Route Sales Distributors need to be early risers with a self-starter attitude. Distributors need to be aggressive self starters who are motivated to work at a good pace. You need to be a people person as you build relationships with Managers and Directors of grocery stores convenient stores and restaurants. All routes are established. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that has been experiencing tremendous growth. The long term financial opportunity is incredible POSITION REQUIREMENTS Route delivery and route sales experience a plus BUT NOT REQUIRED. Ability to use or have previous experience with a hand held scanner. Ability to lift maneuver and move an average load of 50 lbs. Ability to lift stoop and bend to dismantle stacks of product Must have good written and oral communication skills. Able to read and comprehend paperwork and signs. Practice necessary safety procedures defensive driving and proper lifting. High School Diploma or equivalent. Have maintain a valid state Driver s License a documented safe driving record and a current DOT certification OR able to become DOT certified. Must be able to operate assigned company truck.
