Hiring Restaurant Manager at BB Pocha in Gastown Vancouver Job Location Vision K & P Holdings Ltd. o a BB Pocha (BB Korean Cuisine Bistro) 52 Alexander Street Vancouver BC V6A 1B4Position Manager Position available 1 Job Type Full-Time PermanentWork Hours 30 40 hours per week Wage 23.50 25.00 per hour Benefit 4% vacation pay or 10 days paid vacation per year Duties Coordinate daily restaurant operations Plan organize and directly supervise all floor and kitchen staff on duty Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations Report and control inventory procedures Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices Build work schedules considering business trend and season Train new and current employees on proper customer service May need to perform staffs duties if needed.
