He works but his schedule varies.I have a Bengal mix cat a French Bulldog and a English Bulldog. The cat is inside outside. There is a doggie door off the kitchen dining slider. The dogs are kept behind a baby gate during the day when I m not home having only free access to kitchen dining and yard. All my pets are clean and well taken care of (spoiled in fact ). You do not have to clean or care for them in any way - only if you want to provide your love and affection. They are hard to resist and will definitely want to love you There is a small yard with artificial turf and LOTS of fruit trees. For rent is 1 room in my 3br 2ba 1300 sqft detached condo. There is street parking directly in front of the house (fills up quickly in the evenings though).
