The ability to diagnose problems through reference to the vehicle s onboard computer systems and by more traditional methods including visual inspections and test-driving the vehicle. Must maintain your own skills through manufacturers seminars factory bulletins and similar avenues. Interact with customers and service personnel and work with minimal supervision. Understand and adhere to environmental and legal guidelines for workplace safety hazardous waste disposal and other regulatory issues. The ability to complete the necessary paperwork. Requirements ASE Certification and a minimum of 5 years experience. Chrysler Training Certification (Preferred). The ability to adapt to varying tasks according to changing volume and business needs. Familiar with job specific equipment. On your feet for long periods. A valid driver s license and clean driving record.
