We are a Consulting Firm that specializes in finding funding for start up companies through private sources. We usually work with Private Equity Groups Hedge Funds etc. We have found that these groups are starting to require More Money to be invested in the project by the Principals of the projects. Which is why we are posting this ad we are looking for Investors to come in with the cash in return for a equity position or if you want to lend money and collect a monthly income that can be arranged also. The more Money you bring the better the equity position. These projects are bank quality projects except for the lack of capital that Banks require (that why we have them ) and with a little push they will become very lucrative businesses once up and running.
