Do you want to learn more about residential and commercial real estate from a top real estate investment firm We are located in Arcadia. The individual selected will be working with an excellent team and supporting the Admin staff. ( Ability to communicate in Mandarin or Chinese ) Duties will include Manage our social media presence by developing and implementing creative ways Drive traffic to the company s website facebook other social media sites Driving to properties (with company car) Updating files and lists Scanning and filing paperwork Some analysis studies on properties Answering phone calls Customer Service Data Entry Calling for updates Errands around office Assisting agents brokers Posting advertisements other marketing ideas Qualifications Able to communicate in Chinese Mandarin (First Consideration) Working knowledge of platforms like Facebook Twitter Instagram YouTube and Pinterest. Good organizational skills Must be able to intern minimally part-time. (8-24 hours per week) Some flexibility with schedule. A creative self-starter who likes to take initiatives and get things done on a timeline. Detail oriented with powerful written and verbal communication skills with the ability to keep content interesting and fun. Solid understanding of social media marketing best practices as well as Public Relations. Great headline-writing skills for articles and Twitter (SEO knowledge is a plus) A background in journalism communication marketing or any other related areas is a plus.
