Fast pace office is seeking Customer Service Associate This position will provide full range of secretarial and administrative support. The ideal candidate is well organized proficient at administrative tasks a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision. The ideal individual offers a high level of proficiency in administrative tasks strong skills in organizing and managing daily activities. Efficiently handles administrative duties Provides secretarial and administrative task Responds thoroughly and promptly to all inquiries Assist customers Must be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time and keep commitments for return calls and follow up Strong verbal and written communication skills required Must be customer focused possess strong time management skills problem solving ability strong follow-through skills and excellent phone and email etiquette Qualifications Strong organizational skills Strong work ethic Focused and detail oriented Highly resourceful team-player with the ability to also be effective independently Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion Ability to be proactive and demonstrate initiative Knowledge of QuickBooks Knowledge of MS Excel and Word Required experience Food Industry 1 year Please email resume
