I am looking for student(s) to take over the lease of one room at Cunningham Street Greensboro from August 2015. It s a student housing 3-bedroom 3 bathroom unfurnished apartment very close to campus with just a 5 minute walk to Gibbs Hall and Dowdy. Only 2 bedrooms are occupied most of the time. The apartment is spacious and you have your own room and bathroom. The rent per bedroom is 385 which includes all the utilities along with internet. They provide roommate matching as well. The housing complex is also well maintained and has patrol service at night providing security. You will be sharing the living room and kitchen with your roommates. Fully equipped kitchens with microwave and refrigerator oven cooking stove wireless internet and cable. The unit has a washer and dryer inside. Currently out of 3 bedrooms only 2 bedrooms are occupied and both the lease will end in July 2015. They provide roommate matching as well. Parking is available at no extra cost. Free access to Gym for residents. You will have to fill up the application form.
