Chrysler Certification is required. Comply with all work procedures and guidelines. Team oriented flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Must meet production goals by quickly and efficiently performing maintenance and warranty work and ensure services and repairs meet quality standards. Utilize technical training and understand and utilize the dealership s computer system. Must be able to maintain a stationary position move about use hands fingers to operate tools inspect detect repairs. Must be able to drive ascend or descend a lift to service vehicles. Must frequently move transport position auto parts tools up to 50 pounds and occasionally move transport position auto parts tools up to 100 pounds. A valid driver s license and clean driving record. Must have own tools. Skills Provide services to customers that will exceed their expectations Broad knowledge of complex components and how they work and interact. Must have the knowledge experience and ability to visually detect determine and assess issues from long and short distances. Conduct inspections and diagnostic tests. Identify worn and damaged parts vehicle problems and the cause of breakdowns and repair them using the most optimal solutions. Complete preventive maintenance schedules install component and part upgrades. Verify vehicle performance by conducting test drives adjusting controls and systems.
