Responsibilities of the Plumbing & HVAC Senior Estimator include Responsible for cost estimating for residential and light commercial HVAC and plumbing systems Responsible for determining competitive and accurate estimates to achieve margin and financial targets Organizes and manages centralized cost estimating models to ensure current and strategic pricing data is used during proposal development Works closely with Service Operations warehouse dispatching and office manager to determine budgeting and strategic goals for estimating activities and business development opportunities Interfaces with service technicians to insure that projects are delivered per estimates. Works closely with the warehouse to ensure pulling of job equipment and parts are accurate Communicate with suppliers & coordinate for accurate pricing on fixtures & equipment. Ability to problem solve and work through stressful situations which include great communication skills and temperament while interfacing with customers vendors and employees in a friendly and professional manner-on the telephone and in person JOB REQUIREMENTS Qualified candidates will have 4 Years of Project Plumbing HVAC Water Conditioning Estimating experience Ability to show up to work on time Able to research any questions prior to asking for assistance for projects.
