Registered Nurse

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for coordinating medical services for individuals (medically fragile adults or children) being served by The Arc of Anchorage. This includes some of the following providing training relating to medical conditions to providers and or families of these individuals coordinating and facilitate training to agency employees working collaboratively with agency vendor and state personnel to ensure the individuals medical needs are being met and maintaining appropriate documentation in the individuals files. Education & Experience Required Alaska RN License. Valid Alaska driver license clean driving record proof of insurance continuous use of a vehicle CPR First Aid certification current Mandt certification TB vaccination health screening and the ability to pass a criminal background check. Preferred Two years experience working with developmental disabilities and or mental health. Knowledge of social service agencies and programs.
