Rental for Elderly Couple

Elderly husband and wife (mid to upper 70 s) require a reasonably priced unfurnished 2-bedroom apartment or small house in the Meadville Franklin Titusville (preferred) Cambridge Springs areas. We are seeking a long-term lease (at least one year but open to longer). If an apartment it must be on ground level. If a house a single story is preferred. Also required with the unit are a range and refrigerator. In order to avoid massive utility deposits and minimize relocation costs rent should include all major utilities (heat electric sewer water). We anticipate relocating to Pennsylvania either late fall of 2015 or early spring of 2016 (most likely). Since we are on a fixed income (Social Security) it is imperative that the rent is reasonable ( 650 to 700 month maximum including utilities). We are retired professionals dependable reliable do not smoke or drink very clean and fastidious and are very desirable long-term tenants. We also have an elderly declawed indoor male cat.
