We are seeking Office Administrator who can perform the following duties but is not limited too. Job Description As the voice of Zarazua painting apply knowledge of the company and services provided Handle inquires by phone and email Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high- quality customer service and provide general info to clients Schedule and communicate appointments as well as follow up calls and confirmations Assist with managing job scheduling Qualifications Excellent phone verbal and written communication skills Professionalism is highly desired Able to work as part of the team Must be dependable and trustworthy Bilingual (plus) 1-2 years experience needed
