UTC Graduate Student searching for townhouse roommate

Hello My name is Candyce and I will be starting a masters program in August. I am 22 and my other roommate Rebecca is 21. She is a senior at the university of Tennessee in Chattanooga. We will both be moving into a town house with three bedrooms on August 1st. It is located 11 minutes away from campus and the rent without utilities will be 278 a person. After talking to people that already live in the complex the rate after utilities will be about 345. It has one full bath upstairs and a half bath down stairs. The two of us are both clean respectful and easy to get along with. We are looking for someone who will clean up after themselves as well and is easy to get along with. We both like to hike enjoy the outdoors and like to cook. I am a big reader additionally. Some of my favorite shows are the Big Bang Theory How I met your Mother Once Upon a Time and Star Trek.
