hi im looking for a one bedroom apt in the irvingtonarea in a private residents home.i have reference and 41yrs of excellent rental reference i have owned to homes before but because of my health i couldnt keep up with them.my children are wanting to put me in a assisted living home and im not ready for that im only 53 yrs old.i live alone i have no pets however i have lived own my own since i was 12 raising my 4 yr old brother so i was fforced to shoplift and a cpl times 10 yrs ago when my dad was dying off throat cancer and we couldnt afford his pain medicine i was last in jail 4 yrs ago i have 4 felonys but i havent or never will pick up even a peice off gum.i have truly learned my lesson.i hope someonr will respond to my add cuz just cuz im a felon i still have to live also im a verey clean person and non smoker Thank You phyllis 317 970 9795
