Ideally looking two rooms (explained below). I do get supplement income so unless there s a dire emergency rent will always be on time every month. I would preferably like a private bath and private room. I do own one small dog and one cat the cat would be in the room with me as well as the dog if I am gone the cat would be in her kennel. The dog would go outside on occasion to do her business and I would clean up after her. I am also willing to pay a one time deposit for my pets as well. I ride my bike walk or take the bus. Depending if you want two or one person I do have a boyfriend who s a carpenter general contractor he is willing to pay his half of the rent if you d prefer just one person he would be willing to pay an extra portion each month for the weekends he d be staying over which would be two or three days out of every week. If you have two rooms for rent I ll take both.
