Oklahoma State University is seeking applicants for MBB Coordinator. Responsibilities include Coordinate and administer events including family receptions recruiting events and donor events. Coordinate with Director of Basketball Operations all travel arrangements for student athletes football coaches and support staff. Manage correspondence with Players families and Donors. Establish and manage the annual equipment budget ordering team equipment in accordance with vendor contracts. Ensure that all University purchasing policy and procedures are followed. Serve are the Spurs Director to ensure policies and procedures are upheld under all NCAA and University rules and regulations. Position will also assist head coach with public appearance schedule speaking engagements and other public relations events related to Cowboy Basketball. Serve as the liaison to Orange and Black Gives Back. Organize and assist in the planning of annual basketball clinics in coordination with coaching staff. In and out-of-state travel required to act as a representative for OSU and Athletic Department in an administrative capacity as directed by the Head Basketball Coach. Position is contingent upon funding. Required education Associates degree in Business Athletics or related field and 2 years office clerical experience OR High School and 4 years office clerical experience. Ability to handle multiple work assignments simultaneously. Knowledge of NCAA Big 12 Conference rules and regulations. Knowledge of computer hardware and software. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor s Degree 4 years experience preferred in administrative position in college athletics.
