Full Time Grounds Crew

Overview Richdale Apartments is seeking a full time permanent grounds maintenance crew member for our luxury apartment communities in the Omaha area. Responsibilities Duties include general grounds maintenance planting weeding and picking up trash. No mowing. Fall Winter duties include light snow removal changing light bulbs washing 1st floor windows and other grounds maintenance duties as assigned. Work schedule is permanent full time year around (Monday - Friday 8am to 4 30pm). Qualifications Some past experience with grounds keeping or landscaping a plus.
