This position will assist the Program Director with management of an Adult Day Program for intellectually disabled individuals. Responsibilities include but may not be limited to the ability to work closely with upper management and create innovative opportunities for the individuals we serve along with staff supervision and training. The Assistant to the Program Director must have the ability to use good judgment be dependable and have a high level of energy. Qualifications 2 years experience working with an Adult Day Care program. Able to perform in a positive flexible adaptive manner. Able to exercise independent judgment and initiative. Possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Must be able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks. Valid California driver s license maintain current automobile insurance and must be eligible to drive for the Company Applicant must be able to pass fingerprint clearance and keep those cleared to continue employment Must be proficient in English in the areas of reading writing and communication.
