Furnished or unfurnished.Air conditioner is a window unit mounted in the wall with a remote control. Bathroom kitchen washer and dryer privileges in main house accessed through garage. Tenant will have use of cabinets in guest bath which is very rarely used by guests so will not be sharing a bathroom . Two med large dogs live in the house with a senior lady who is a light smoker occasionally smokes in house but doesn t let others do it. Dogs are people friendly and get along with some other dogs. NO CATS BIRDS REPTILES OR RODENTS.Tenant should not do drugs (420 is the exception) or be a drunk nor have frequent guests using the facilities in the main house. Sorry no couples or families. 500 mo. Includes wifi water and reasonable electric usage. First and last months due in advance.
