Exterior of the home is cedar lap siding desert sand colored 29 gauge metal roof vinyl thermal pane windows and includes an 8 open wood porch w a painted steel cottage style door. On the inside of the cabin you will find beautiful birch wood paneling & woodgrain linoleum flooring throughout Bedroom has room for a full size bed and comes with a built in solid wood wardrobe. Bathroom has all standard house fixtures that include a full size shower tub combo standard commode and standard sink. Kitchen has all full size appliances that include a stove oven refrigerator and a 20 gallon water heater. There are 100% solid wood hand built cabinets and drawers and countertops are covered with Formica. You have a choice of built in bunkbeds or built in desk in the hallway. Cabin comes with 2 celing fans & 2 cable jacks already in place. We have also put mini blinds and valances in place for you. Cabin has its own heating and cooling unit and has an extra cutout for a small A C unit in the bedroom if needed.
