Baker Snoqualmie National Forest and the adjacent Mount Baker Ski Area Snowater Condo 72 - A Well Decorated 2-Story Family Townhouse Condo with WiFi - Sleeps 4 - Close to Community Amenities This deluxe 2-story 2-bedroom beautifully decorated townhouse style condo is a great place to stay for a family of four Tastefully outfitted the 1st floor features one bedroom with 1-king sized bed 1-full bath a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and an open living dining area with a wood burning fireplace (firewood NOT provided) a flat screen monitor with Amazon Fire Stick Wi-Fi board games and puzzles (for both kids and adults) plus a small balcony overlooking the well maintained common area grounds with a view towards the Nooksack River Ascend the staircase to the 2nd floor and you ll discover a loft master bedroom with 1-queen sized bed 1-full bath and a laundry cubby with a stack washer dryer. Kid friendly this condo includes a toddler bed a highchair and a baby gate for the staircase. This monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy ). Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet Snowater is accessible year round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools hot tubs a sauna four tennis courts basketball squash racquetball courts and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free WiFi a pool table ping pong table and a separate toddler play room. The grounds have bbq picnic areas as well as a children s play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities. Guests are directly responsible for their invitees actions and would be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guest seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider. RATES Rates for Condo 72 range from 129.00 to 249.00 per night and from 774.00 to 1494.00 per week. Other Mt. Baker Lodging vacation properties range from 99.00 to 1219.00 per night and from 594.00 to 8533.00 per week USD tax. RESERVATIONS Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost including tax is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest s scheduled date of arrival and is automatically debited to our Guest s credit card on the scheduled due-date.
