The Recruiting assistant works closely with managers and specialists and provides them major support services. Recruiting assistants are responsible for finding the most qualified candidates for our customers. Essential Functions Present the most favorable impression possible to all callers and office visitors and to serve these callers visitors by giving them access to the person or information they seek as quickly and pleasantly as possible. Utilize company database to contact candidates for current job openings. Track applicants conduct reference checks daily check in s with employees and confirmation calls. Manage multiple telephone lines and calls according to procedure. Communicate with managers and employees regularly to build rapport gauge morale and source new candidate leads. Assist recruitment specialist in screening eligible candidates. Work closely with recruitment managers and specialist and provide them major support services.
