The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City has an opening for a full-time Patient Account Representative II. The successful candidate will participate in any or all aspects of the patient processing and accounts receivable functions in a clinical area registration scheduling follow-up coding payment posting and credit balance resolution. Coordinates schedules of patients in an outpatient clinic and provides patient oriented customer service assistance. Requirements High School Diploma or GED and 18 months experience in Dental Billing Dental Collections Dental Billing Systems and General Office or Computer Data Entry. Good computer skills essential. Skills Communicates with patients of all ages in a professional manner at all times. Maintains patient confidentiality. Performs related work as required.
