Large room with attached bathroom

We have a large mater bedroom available with attached bathroom and large walk in closet. The house is a two bedroom condo in the Camarillo Springs community. We (the owners) occupy the other bedroom. You will have exclusive use of bedroom and bathroom and shared use of kitchen living room dining room laundry and back yard. We are a fairly quiet couple who like to kepe a tidy home. We occasionally have friends and family over for bbq s but no wild parties. We have a small dog who is very calm and friendly. The room is unfurnished at the moment but accomodations can be made if you require. Parking is on street and you will need to pay a one time admin fee of 20 to the HOA to obtain a parking permit. All utility bills are included. We have Wifi but no cable. If you want cable it will be an additional 50 per month. The room is available from 9 10 15. Please call Libby for more information.
