We are currently building world-class institutes for the treatment of diabetes and cancer. The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City has an opening for a full-time Account Clerk III. The successful candidate will handle all administrative duties related to the HSC Motor Pool. Coordinates all daily commercial vehicle rentals. Responsible for processing all invoices and procurement card purchases. Collects and reports vehicle usage and expenses monthly. Coordinates vehicle purchases. Ensures compliance with all rules and regulations pertaining to vehicle usage fuel tank storage purchasing training requirements etc. Maintains vehicle maintenance files. Handles purchasing of all new vehicles. Requirements High School Diploma or GED and 24 months accounting or bookkeeping experience. Will accept an equivalent combination of training and experience. Skills Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office products. Ability to use office equipment such as keyboard ten key fax copier etc. Position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.
