Academic Integrity Program Coordinator

Coordinate procedures training education and marketing associated with the university-wide Academic Integrity Panel process. Advise and counsel students with respect to charges regarding academic integrity violation issues. Coordinate procedures associated with the university-wide Grade Appeals Board process. Coordinate the production of retention notification letters sent at the end of each semester (fall spring and summer) to all students identified for academic warning notice probation and suspension. Coordinate the University review processes for academic reprieve and petitions to drop a course after the deadline. Represent Academic Affairs on the Behavioral Consultation Team. Required qualifications Bachelor degree and at least one year of related experience in an academic setting. Ability to lift 25 pounds Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to deal effectively with people even under stress. Ability to work independently to initiate coordinate projects and follow through to completion. Ability to handle confidential information appropriately. Personal computer and or word processing skills and knowledge of Adobe software used in office. Experience using MS Office Internet and industry software (Maxient Stars SIS AppXtender). Preferred qualifications Master s degree knowledge of OSU academic policies and procedures and experience in an academic area and or administrative office is helpful.
