Home needed inaround Davidson Co. TN

I have been trying to get into the Nashville area in TN to be closer to my children. I am on SSI SSDI and would like to rent (or rent to own by owner) a house or mobile home in or around Davidson County (within a 50 mile radius). I have a dog and a cat both are very well house trained and neither have ever been destructive. I would also like (if possible) to have a place in a country setting but close enough to churches grocery stores etc. I currently live in McMinnville TN and it is definitely not where I need to be. I do not drink or do drugs and would prefer a place that doesn t look like people live there who do those things. I also do not have a lot of people other than my kids or the church come by to visit and would like to keep it that way. My boys are all 3 grown and if I can find such a place (rent to own) they will do the repairs for me. My oldest son was a licensed contractor (in Georgia) in remodeling and now is in a lead position with MHC Kenworth in Nashville. I would like a place to call home soon. Thank you
