I am looking for a full time reliable medical office receptionist. The starting pay is 12.50 an hour after 3 months probation it will be 13.50 an hour. The hours are 9 00am -5 00pm. Receptionist needed for a Orthopaedic office. Candidates must have strong customer service skills. Must have great interpersonal skills. Candidates duties are in following areas but are not limited to Answer and screen incoming phone calls take and give messages in a timely manner Answering multiple telephone lines Scheduling appointments and maintaining the schedule Confirm appointments & pull charts Keep work area neat and tidy - before and end of work day duties Sets-up and maintains office files correspondences memos forms notices records and indices. Replenishes and maintains adequate inventory of office janitorial and emergency supplies. Assist with medical records requests.
