Looking for an office admin for a client in San Mateo. 3 month contract. If you are interested let s chat Office Assistant Admin. Assistant for this tax season to help out on the following - Greet clients- Answer phones- Scanning copying emailing mailing faxing- Data entry- Order office supplies- Running errands (i.e. bank deposits pick up office supplies pick up lunches etc.)- And any other tasks that may be assigned Qualifications - Team player- Flexible- Dependable- Excellent customer service and organizational skills- Excellent work ethics- Computer proficient in all MS Office programs and with ability to learn new software. This assignment is until April 17 2018. Office hours are from 8 30am to 5 00pm. Overtime may be required and Saturday or Sunday depending on the workflow. hour for lunch business casual is the dress code. This candidate will be assisting and reporting to the Officer Manager.
